Area 51 was the magic moment many of us had waited years for.   There they were:  Michael Bruce, Neal Smith, and Glen Buxton, together again for the first time since 1974 on the same stage.  The spectre of the Alice Cooper Group haunting a small club on the Richmond strip wasn't lost on guitar ace Richie Scarlet, who jumped at the chance to play bass for his favorite band from the early years.   Richie and Michael had worked together a couple of times earlier in 1997, and forged a true friendship based on mutual admiration and respect.  Now, it was time to ROCK!!!! 

.  People lines up outside the door well before the sound check, hoping to get a good seat in the general admission venue.  Due to the word on the the internet, a number of out-of-state fans heard about the show in time to make the journey and see their Rock Legends on stage once again.
